Interesting carb, it has a pressure release that reduces tank pressure during a sudden throttle reduction from full to idle so there will not be excess tank pressure to cause a rich idle mixture when first reduced. I ordered two for my Webra .91's. I'll wring em out and see. They are metered carbs with and air bleed trim. MECOA has them.
