with the wing in one piece I cut the ribs to install a carbon tube. The spar and leading and trailing edges held the sweep and dihedral while I did this. I then made a box for the tube to slide into and glued everything in place before cutting center section out. wing saddle was filled in with ply from the saddle cutout and 1/4" balsa with a 1/8"aircraft ply reinforcement.
