I'm not one to advocate CA, but in this case it was the best way to secure the canopy to the crutch. Medium CA along with an accelerator was used.

This is one of six windows. I left about 1/4" flange around the perimeter of the window, this is where I will apply the glue.

The window is placed over the rough window opening and taped as shown. The tape will act as a hinge and will allow me to flip the window out of the way as I trim the opening to fit.

Keeping the windows in a straight line. My tip for this is to get the bottom of the window fit first, then work your way up either sides. Never re-adjust the botttom.

Inside view of how the widows fit. I left the flange on the inside for three reasons, a) it will act as a depth stop ensuring each window protrudes the same, b) the flange will make an obvious place to glue the window in place and c) the flange will give the canopy a little more support.
