covered with Sig coverall and dope. I did the easy to build 20+ piece cowl. I have knocked the landing gear off twice on dead stick landings so it is reinforced from what this picture shows, also removable.

using OS GT-22 engine, flies great, could use more power but would probably rip the wings off original probably wasn't built for speed either. Can do loops, rolls, hammerheads.

this shows the all thread and reversed blind nut that provides the rear wing support, I am using 2 wing bolts on each side and the struts to hold the wings on.

rear cabin framing, wires are epoxied and soldered in place. aluminum diagonal tube is cosmetic and will get glued in before windows are installed

the cabin front structure. the side wires will get sandwiched to top ribs like the rest of the wires, then they will get fitted inside wood framing.

this shows a piece of brass tube with washers soldered on both sides between the ribs to space the rear of t3he cabin top. this tube will get a piece of all thread with blind nuts on the outside to clamp the rear of the cabin together when the wings are pulling on it.
