Getting the angles of the Kort Nozzles has been the hardest part. These are not part of the kit, so I'm approximating all over based on Dumas drawings. I also used Hot Glue to tack the prop shafts on the outside with leftover wood. Once I get the Kort Nozzle mounts in place, I plan to solder up the brass support pieces for the prop shafts.

I invested in a Drill Press and some new drill bits. My first few tries drilling Brass did not go well. I got some 118 degree drill bits and filed off the curl. Set the Drill press to it's lowest speed, and I got nice clean holes.

Using a Oetiker style crimp pliers, I was able to get a very nice bend around the drill bit.

The steering has too much play with the flimsy Piano wire. Going to use a much more Rigid connection. Also add hard stops for the Kort Nozzle limits.

And it fits! I had to use a 1/2" NPT tap on the bottom side of the flange to open the threads up for the elbow.
