Many of the removable service panels on the Bonanza are secured either with pan head Phillips screws which sit on top of the panel or Flat Head Phillips screws which is flush with the panel. To replicate the flat head Phillips screw, I decided to use vinyl cut Phillips which will give me the look that I'm after. I contacted Chad Veich and he cut these for me. He did a great job and the results will speak for themselves.
